ETAT D’ARMES 2: Weapons continue killing in DRC

In the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), years of fighting have resulted in large numbers of weapons and ammunition being abandoned, hidden or stored in unsafe conditions. Even in the provinces no longer involved in conflict, weapons and explosive ordnance continue to kill.
